1. Introduction

Welcome to HNG Ceylon Tours. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website, booking a tour, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Tour Booking: All bookings must be made through our website, via email, or by contacting our customer service directly.

2.2 Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the tour start date.

2.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour: Full refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before the tour: 50% refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour: No refund.

3.2 Cancellation by HNG Ceylon Tours: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to book an alternative tour.

4. Tour Modifications

4.1 By Customer: Any modifications requested by the customer are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.2 By HNG Ceylon Tours: We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or other unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. HNG Ceylon Tours is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries that may occur during the tour.

6. Passports and Visas

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and any required visas for Sri Lanka and other destinations included in the tour. HNG Ceylon Tours is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

7. Health and Safety

Customers should inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements before booking. We reserve the right to deny participation in certain activities if we believe it poses a risk to the customer or others.

8. Liability Limitations

HNG Ceylon Tours acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transportation companies, activity providers, etc.). We are not liable for any negligence, damage, loss, injury, or delay attributable to third-party service providers.

9. Photography and Marketing

We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials unless you explicitly state otherwise in writing.
