2. Booking and Payments
2.1 Tour Booking: All bookings must be made through our website, via email, or by contacting our customer service directly.
2.2 Deposit: 100 % Of The Total Booking Amount is Required To Confirm Your Tour Or Transportation Booking .
2.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer Using Wise Or Revolut , credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following refund policy applies:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour/ Transfer : Full refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before the tour / Transfer : 50% refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 13-1 days before the tour / Transfer : No refund.
3.2 Cancellation by HNG Ceylon Tours: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to book an alternative tour.
4. Tour Modifications
4.1 By Customer: Any modifications requested by the customer are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2 By HNG Ceylon Tours: We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or other unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes.
